Whenever you get time, take a couple of minutes out of your day to stand in front of the mirror and talk to yourself. Select a subject, set a timer for 2 or 3 minutes, and speak.
The central part of this exercise is to watch your mouth, your face, and your body language as you talk. It makes you feel like you’re speaking to someone, so you can pretend you’re discussing with your English partner or buddy.
